On the Road Again

We’ve just finished another lot of working. 14 days straight at the motels in Blenheim. My daughter Laura and her boyfriend Charlie came to visit for the first part, and that was lovely. The sun came to visit for the second part, and that was warm. It was 30 degrees Sunday, then 27 degrees Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday was a few degrees cooler, mostly calm, and just gorgeous. We cleared out yesterday and moved a couple of kms to park up in Blenheim. We’ve got a few things to catch up with and a bit of unwinding to do. It’s cooler today – only 9 degrees right now. We’ve got a couple of weeks before we’re back to working again so we’ll head off somewhere sometime soon. Maybe after the weekend.
